I appreciate the customer service and them trying to fix a problem, especially since most people in customer service these days are awful and could care less. Our trip at this point was pretty much planned (since we leave in 2 days) so we couldn't take advantage but I will definitely give them an opportunity in the future since we typically are in Vegas 3 times a year."^^ .
