After receiving my email receipt, I saw a bunch of extra charges and it took weeks before I got a refund.  It wasn't even a full refund and that was enough not to do business with them again. Be aware with the way they talk to you and read the paperwork before you sign it because you'll be surprise when you return the vehicle. Be aware of a guy named Tim, he's deceitful. I always rent a vehicle with enterprise and whenever Tim gives a service, there always a problem.
