I left my car there at 11am this morning for a full detail and was at a cost of $125. They told me it would be done in two hours but they would call or text. When I still hadn't gotten a call by 2:30 I went over there and could see they were still working on it. Went back at 4pm and it still wasn't done! Their excuse? We had a lot of cars come in. Okay, but when I left my car at 11am it was the only one there and you told me 2 hours. I gave you over 5 and got a crummy job to boot. No apology or anything. They also didn't get a tip from me and I am usually a good tipper. Consumers Beware!"^^ . "0"^^ . . . .
