When I went to redeem it, they told me the car was \"too dirty\" and refused to clean it unless I paid for an \"upgrade\". Why would anyone bring a perfectly clean car to be detailed? I have no pets or kids, the only \"dirt\" was some dust on the dashboard and a little bit of winter salt on the floor where my mats don't cover the carpeting completely.
