Last week I had them change the battery on my dive watch and ever since the interior of the crystal has been fogged up \nSo today I take it in to have it dried out. \nNot our fault, you must have put it in water. \nWell a) no I didn't and b) it's a dive watch rated to 200 meters. \nNot once the back is open they say. \nWell a) you didn't tell me that before you opened it and b) have had the battery changed at this shop before (and went diving) without issue. \nBottom line instead of taking responsibility and fixing it (a simple job) they'd rather call me liar and blame the watch. \nI'll never go there again."^^ .
