They have always been great and had great attention to detail.\nHOWEVER, over the last 2 years service has declined gradually. The last time I went in was about a week ago.\nI had just bought a new Impala and after a heavy rainstorm, I decided to have a wash and polish. I came out of the car wash, and they did the drying and waxing. I got the car back, and the interior was still dirty. Also, there was dried wax on the outside of the car that they failed to take off. The manager, whom has horrible customer service skills and is very unfriendly, insisted that it is paint touch up marker. It's a dark colored impala that was BRAND NEW and still had the TRP (Temporary License Plate) on the back. I'm pretty sure if my BRAND NEW CAR that I bought THE PREVIOUS DAY had a scratch or \"paint marker\", I would have noticed. \nI had the credit card company reverse the charge.
