I go in there with a service issue and am told we have to send out a phone for repairs okay.. Get it wait 5 business days. Ouch...Okay. Phone comes in broken okay not the stores fault. I am told by both the store manager and Andrew asst. manager they will both call me and \"keep me in the loop\" and make sure I get taken care of. I had to call three times to find out where my phone is and why nobody could call me. I hope honestly Andrew somebody notices how \"smug\" you are and how much training you could use to identify with customer that are having a bad experience and a little empathy could go along way. Point of the story if you go in to buy a phone you get treated like royalty. Otherwise poor service and poor Sprint, hopefully you know you lost a customer."^^ . . "0"^^ .
