There is no excuses for rudeness and poor customer service. Inquired for a friend regarding a position they have on-line and after inquiring about whether or not medical is offered she said no and before I could say thank you for your time she hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. Very un-called for and that 5min encounter with her completely turned me off from ever using this law firm. No excuses for rudeness. Attitudes like that get you no where.
