I asked to go to Niagara Falls, and the lady at the counter books me for the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal, which is NOT the closest location. When there I asked the bus driver which way was the best, he replied, \"I'm not a map. You should make decisions for yourself.\" This was after being obstinate and refusing to help several other passengers on the bus. I can excuse someone having a bad day, but this definiately crossed the line. For the pick-up, the bus driver neglected to mention that it would be under a different moniker name, so several of us ended up missing the return bus due to his lack of basic customer service skills. We ended up having to take another company's bus (and paying $35) rather than waiting for the next bus (which would be in 1.5 hours).
