"I bought my (2012) certified used car from their new car department. The man I dealt with was nice. The environment was nice. \n\nHowever, their tactics and the quality of work on my \" certified \" vehicle was poor. Hence my 2-star rating.\n\nThe car was listed at 19,039. I wanted to pay cash out the door. They avoided this at all costs. Trying to explain how much better it was to finance. So they told me it would be $21,256 out the door with cash. I basically said \"F off \" long story short walked out the door with car for $18.5k. And they still wanted me to finance -__-\n\nNow the quality.\nIt's a nice car, just poorly serviced by them\nFor a certified vehicle it had.\n-original battery that was faulty\n- cheap autozone oil filter\n- incorrect oil weight ( had oil analysis done) \n- air filter that was literally all black with crap \n- wiper blades dry rotted\n- previous owner pet hair under seats\n- cigarette residue on the inside windows \n\nFor close to $20k I expect my damn car to be serviced to factory specifications."^^ .
