I left a fair and honest account of my experience in your store. I'm more than happy to share that I visited your store on 7/12/14, and I am, in fact, a real person. You're more than welcome to look me up - you'll find you had an appointment on that date that corresponds to my initials. It says a lot about a business when its first reaction is to try to discredit a legitimate review, rather than accept constructive feedback. And if you're as concerned as you say you are about your customers' privacy, I'm surprised why you don't seem to understand why some people don't feel comfortable sharing their full names on the Internet.\nAs to your arguments about not disclosing designer information and not allowing for photos for copyright and privacy reasons: none of the numerous other bridal stores I've visited have such policies. Other stores are transparent and allow customers to take whatever photos and whatever time is necessary to feel comfortable with their purchase. And they have many of the same designers that your store has, so clearly these designers are not that scared about camouflaging their work, if they're not requiring this from other stores. \nIf you'd like more information or still aren't convinced that I'm a real person who had a poor experience at your store, please feel free to dig through your records more closely to find my phone number (which I'm sure you understand, I'd prefer not to post on the Internet). I'm happy to clarify any questions about my experience that you might have."^^ . . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . .
