I called corporate today as they sent me the wrong color of phone. I called today and was transferred 9 times and I asked for a supervisor multiple times. Each representative refused to get a supervisor and each transferred me to the wrong department. One week of service and I am horrified with the horrible service I have received. Dropped calls, duplicate text messages and ignorant representatives. I should have stayed with AT&T who had amazing service and representatives. I finally reached Jackie whose English was so horrible I could not understand a word she was saying then she acted like she couldn't hear me (part of the shitty service). I am absolutely horrified at how these people do business and it reflects by the way they have treated a new customer. I will be cancelling all 4 of my lines with them!!!!"^^ .
