Both times I have had an issue that I thought management would want to hear about. Both times, all the GM wanted to do was tell me why her and her staff were correct and why the customer had it wrong. No customer focus whatsoever. Bad Manager.\n\nCalled Marriott Customer Care. Very professional. Told I would get a call from management above the property GM. No call. Two days later. \n\nWent to checkout. Receipt was all wrong. Hotel first puts a hold on your credit card. Normally the hard charge is made when you check out. In this case they made a hard charge the day I complained without advising me or given an opportunity to review the charge. Turns out the receipt for the days covered by the hard charge were not given to me at checkout. Took the front desk clerk some time to find it. More bad management. Watch this place closely."^^ .
