"Terrible service, no accountability and a ghost town.\n\nWe purchased an appliance suite (Fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave) 3 weeks out from delivery. We received a phone call the night before of our delivery, Lowe's told us that our dishwasher was on back-order for at least a week (this is after 3 weeks from our original purchase date) and that it was going to be delivered 3 days after our original delivery date. ended up being 5 days.\n\nLong story short, they were giving us the run-around for several days \"it will be delivered tomorrow, and then tomorrow, and the next day and the next\" very irritating. \n\nFinally I got a phone call saying my microwave (2 weeks late, plus the 3 weeks from original purchase date) was going to be delivered on Tuesday, I told them to hold it at the store, I rather pick up and install myself. \n\nIncompetent service. I regret going there. Never again."^^ .
