I have a Ladies VIP card which no one ever knows what it's for. One time when I came in the door they gave me a red ticket to use for my complimentary drink and the next time I asked if I needed the ticket they said no. \n\nI have been here maybe 4 times and they messed up my bill EVERY time. Even if it was just an appetizer and one drink. Not sure why I kept going back. The last time I went the first THREE beers I tried to order at the bar they were out of. Service is slow.
