The beef is grass fed, something that the butchers at St. Lawrence Market scoffed at and dismissed (witch still has me pissed off to this day). The meat and pork come from a farm in Guelph that the family owners like to deal with due to the quality of the product.\n\nThe sausages here are the star. They have more varieties than I have even seen, and they make them at the store. The star within this is the Ecuadorian sausages from their own recipe, which is addictive.\n\nI want to give them 5 full stars, but I'm taking 1 off because I find the product diversity to be a little light. I don't expect any sole butcher to have everything, but I would expect at the least there would be flank steak and more veal products. The same old same old gets tired after a little while.\n\nThat said, it's important that this shop stay open and do well so that consumers have the option for product that is far superior to the chain supermarket 'selection'. It helps both the retail industry, and the food industry in general."^^ .
