"I an absolutely terrible last experience with Arizona Shuttle drivers and management in November 2017, and as I'm preparing to head to Prescott, AZ again this spring, I was reminded that I wanted to leave a review. First, I want to note that I've taken Arizona Shuttle about twice a year for the past three years from Sky Harbor to downtown Prescott (and back again) for weekend trips. All but the last shuttle service were pleasant enough experiences, but the most recent trip was so negative that I will never book with AZ Shuttle again.\n\nI boarded a late night shuttle from the airport on Thursday, 11/16/17 (I believe around midnight). I think the driver's name was Robbie or Bobby. The driver proceeded to the next terminal to pick-up another passenger, who was not yet outside due to his luggage being delayed on the baggage carousel. The driver was frustrated about having to wait (understandable) and decided to stay only for five minutes. The passenger came outside and quickly approached the shuttle, opening the rear doors of the van to load his luggage, and then entering the van through the side door. The driver was startled by the passenger touching his vehicle without permission and immediately shouted at the passenger. The passenger apologized promptly, said that he had tried to get the driver's attention and had been rushing, and stated he understood why this wasn't ok. For some reason, this escalated the driver. While driving the vehicle, he began to aggressively shout statements to the following effect:\n\n\"How did you know that I didn't have a knife? I could pull a knife on you right now!\"\n\"Shuttle drivers get no respect. I could be making so much more money by flipping burgers, and then you show me this kind of disrespect by touching my vehicle.\"\n\"I'm a big guy, you want me to throw around my weight? You want me to come back there and do this with you? Come at me, let's do this!\"\n\nDuring this 10-minute episode, the passenger kept trying to deescalate the situation. Myself and another female passenger were present. I eventually intervened and said that the male passenger had already apologized and that I did not feel safe with the driver's continued threats and aggressive remarks, and that if it did not stop immediately, I wanted to be let out of the shuttle. The driver immediately seemed abashed and apologized. \n\nI was truly scared during this episode. The driver was hysterical, irate, and irrational, and was openly threatening another passenger by alluding to pulling a knife or beating him up. \n\nAfter I reached Prescott, I immediately called the AZ Shuttle office to submit a complaint, but was told by dispatch that the manager, Reuben, was not available. I left a message and requested to be called back. I called again the next day and the next two days after that, a total of four times. I never received a call back despite leaving multiple messages and also sharing with the phone representative the full details of my complaint. The fact that Reuben (or another management representative) never called back despite me sharing this distressing experience solidifies my certainty that I will never book with AZ Shuttle again. I expect a modicum of professionalism and responsibility, especially when dealing with such a serious complaint. The driver should have received immediate disciplinary action, if not outright termination."^^ .
