They determined it was my flagstone had a crack and it was leaking from there so they recommended removing the flagstone and putting it back down with new hydraulic cement. I agreed. They did the job and it came out great at least for a while. Cost me 2k start to finish for 20ft of flagstone being removed and replaced. I noticed some small cracks last month (April) on a small piece of flag stone and didn't pay attention to it thinking it was just because it was a small piece. A few days ago I noticed when the water comes over the spill way it goes underneath all the flag stone instead of over. I went over to check it out and noticed big 1- 1 1/2 inch thick chunks of the hydraulic cement they used inside my waterfall and more then half my flagstone is coming up. I contacted leak point to see if this was covered under warranty and they said because of constant ground movement its only warrantied for 30 days but they would be happy to send someone out to inspect and give me a bid. I find it amazing the so called constant ground movement only affected the flagstone they removed and replaced but did not affect any of my tiles, grout work, facing to the waterfall, equipment, lights, glass blocks, or fire pits that have been original for 15 years. I would not ever use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone."^^ .
