I have been to both locations.\n\nI went to this location on a groupon for 1 year unlimited laser for 6 small areas (I only got treated 2 areas) as the area zones changed when I arrived but frankly, I was too lazy to argue.\n\nThis clinic really is a hit or miss, but mostly a miss. On some days I would come and the technicians would be great, my appointments would be booked quickly, and i was on my way without a hassle. \n\nOther days, the technician would seem very inexperience, apathetic, and the receptionist could care less.\n\nI had a very unpleasant experience recently with this \"clinic\" though that prompted me to leave a review on Yelp. The voucher that I bought was valid for a year. I had no idea when this year would expire - I was under the impression that they would inform me of my expiration date after my last appointment and book no further appointments. I guess they didn't. They booked me for an appointment, and even when I called to say that I couldn't make it down (not knowing that voucher was expired), they said I would be charged a $50 fee. So I literally rushed there from class, wasted bus fare - only to arrive to the stone cold receptionist who looked at me bewildered and said:\n\nreceptionist: \" um, your voucher is expired - so yah, unless you want to buy another one, it's expired so we have no idea why you are here.\"\n\nme: \"if it was expired, why didnt they inform me of it last time before making another appointment? I just rushed all the way from class to get here\"\n\nher: \"well, they dont know until they open your file, so, they didnt know.\"\n\nAfter looking at her in shock for another few minutes she said \n\nher \"well, yah. sorry.\"\n\nme \" im glad you said sorry. bye\"\n\nHonestly I could have made a bigger deal out of the situation but by that time i really had no more energy.
