I will NOT be using this Law Firm!!\n\nI called to inquire about some legal services and when I asked the receptionist,\" to whom am I speaking with?\" I received this  MAJOR attitude and she replied  \"Kristen!!\" In disbelief I thought to myself this is not acceptable and hung up. Re-thinking it, I called right back and said, \"You are really rude and because of that I will NOT be using Mr.Stovall's firm. Her reply (in her exact words) \"I wuzzzz trying to help you and you hung up ALL in my face\" WOW!! Ok! I told her to get an education and hung up again.\n\nIn my opinion, a person in a  professional line of work, business, must conduct themselves in a professional manner and she did not.\n\nIt is bad enough this Law Firm has a huge turnover which should tell you something right there.\n\nBottom line, when I hire a Law Firm they work for me and my money! I refuse to pay for attitude period!\n\nIf you are looking for a Law Firm with a personal touch of excellence and professionalism then this is NOT your firm.
