I used it to pay my telephone bill and the phone company said they had no record of my payment. Circle K claims they are not responsible for the machine that is inside their store, so when I contacted the corporate offices of Tio, they said I did not make a payment on their machine. The machine is basically a scam. You will lose your money! And Circle K is allowing it. My only other comments about this place would be that every time I have stopped there to get gas, there are vagrants in the parking lot asking for spare change. They sit at the Orbit bus stop outside of the store, so when you drive up to get gas, they approach you and hassle you for money or a cigarette. I will no longer go there after getting ripped off."^^ . "1"^^ .
