"Nevermind the month long process to get my records in hand, because this clinic does not have \"access\" to it's own patient's medical records or visit notes from your visit to this facility. Once I finally had my records in hand, I read them. As I am reading my thoughts are: \n\n\"Wait, what, I never said that?\" \"Where did they get this information\" \"This is legit made up\" \n\nI saw Dr. Wendelshafer, my wait time was fine, greeted by nice people, pretty much in and out. Everything went well, which was a pleasant surprise for me because I was worried about the neighborhood this clinic is in. And this is the ONLY doctor I could see through my health plan through obama-care. I avoided going to the doctor for month's because I was afraid to go into this neighborhood and actually get out of my car, and not to mention you have to schedule your appointment months in advance. So all went pretty well.\n\nI saw the doctor for a few different reasons at the time. One being that, while hiking, I had slid and landed on a rock, causing a huge dent in my ass. Not kidding. it was a noticeable dent. You could see the dent even when I had clothes on. It had happened 6 month's prior and still hurt. I told this story to the nurse who took me back and took notes.\n\nOk, well I've got the notes from that doctor's visit in front of me now.\n\nVerbatim:\nLump on buttock. Pt states she gets these lumps or abscesses. Has had one near her buttock previously, it drained. THis one is painful, has not drained. Feels like it might soon.\n\nWHAT?\nI never said anything like that?\nI have never had any other \"lump\" or \"abscess\" on my body anywhere.\nI told you I fell and landed on a rock!\nHow is it okay, to randomly make up someone's medical history! \nThis information is incorrect!\n\nAnother reason I was seeking a doctor was to find out why I wasn't having a period for a whole year and I'm only 25. Well they sent me to get an ultrasound and I did. The results of that ultrasound came up with something significant and I never received a call from my doctor to let me know this. I was never followed up with. I assumed nothing came up on the ultrasound and I got busy with life, thinking nothing was wrong so I never called the doctor back myself. Plus my husband got us on new insurance and I intended to never go back to this place again. \n\nWell, once I got better insurance I decided to seek another doctor and continue to investigate, so I called the Sunnyslope Family Medical to get my records and that's when they decided to share with me that something did come up in the ultrasound. Oops!, I guess they just forgot about getting pertinent medical information to the patient!"^^ . "2016-06-27T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ . .
