I went to Est\u00E9e Lauder to pick out some new makeup for the promotion they are having and she acted like she couldn't be bothered to help me. All I wanted to look at were some lip gloss and eye liner colors and she did not want to open up the drawers to show me the different shades that weren't sitting out to test. Of course, they only had a few lip gloss shades sitting out for testers when the line has about 15 colors. This is really frustrating since I drove all the way out to the store to try on colors before purchasing when I could have ordered ONLINE . All she did was complain that people keep stealing the testers and that is why they don't put them out anymore! She also said \"damn it\" as she got frustrated about something she did when opening up a new shade to show me. She knew I was there to spend money for the promotion, so I don't know why she was treating me like that. It was almost like she didn't want me to buy any makeup. Macy's, if you want to save your store fronts, teach your employees the importance of valuing customers with superb customer service because the next time I'll be ordering online or going to a different cosmetic store."^^ .
