"I bought my car here back in 2011 and I have had to deal with the terrible customer service from the service staff. No communication, lack of knowledge, and just plain unacceptable business practice in my eyes. \n\nI recently had a recall for my power steering and they *fixed* it and then I had problems with my security system. Before I knew it was the security system, they said that I had a battery problem. I found out that it was not the battery from the WALMART TIRE CENTER. Then I had a 3rd look at it from my hometown mechanic in northern Nevada and they finally diagnosed it as a security problem. \n\nI was told to bring it back to the dealership. I did and told them the problems, and they took 5 days to tell me that it was a wiring issue that they messed up during the power steering recall. I was told it was going to be fixed free of charge, then I was told it was going to be $150. I had to finally speak with a manager to fix everything.
