Flavours were flatter than expected (broth seemed to be lacking layers). Fresh rolls were nice. Service pleasant. \n\nThe bun bo hue was not what I was expecting to be. Not enough spicy, only raw beef slices. I think they just use normal pho soup then add a bit of chili  oil to make it look like it.
