The staff (Chelsea, Katie, Bob and especially Travis) were wonderful, accommodating and extremely responsive. Examples - they forgot to tell me that on weekends cleaning is optional, when I complained they sent a team to clean, when the guest PC was on the fritz, they put me in the back office to use theirs, when I asked housekeeping for something extra I was always given double what I asked for, when we came to breakfast late at 925 as it was starting to close down, the lady pulled out a batch of waffle mix from the back and put it on the waffle maker for my daughter, I was given a double length of Ethernet cable and extension for internet because the wall jack wasn't terribly convenient, when I wanted to mail a letter and the mailman was gone they gave me the location of the drop box around the corner - in other words if I had any reason to give negative feedback they resolved it and then some. We had the \"penthouse\" which is the two bedroom, it was spacious enough for a family of 5-6 with tons of room including large kitchen, seating for 6 and a balcony overlooking the golf course. I'd stay there again, especially since the other \"baseball\" families up in Peoria were staying at places mobbed with teenagers in the breakfast room - I enjoyed our smaller and more personal hotel. Last - I wanted late checkout to shower before the drive back to LA, the people coming into our suite were arriving for a wedding - Travis arranged for me to check out early so that the room could be prepared for the wedding party and we were given a fresh new smaller room to shower and cool off in before we hit the road after the game = two happy customers.
