One sheet of paper to my surprise he refused????\nThats right he won't verify that he or his office gave my dogs their shots\nhe will print the reciept but wont sign the certificate which is what i need to travel to mexico for the weekend.\nSo i am wasting my money with these guys We travel I asked his staff if he read the form they claimed he did.Claimed his license is only for the \nUSA.\nThats what the form is asking did he do his job in the USA??"^^ . .
