First off, the hours they keep work very well for those who have busy schedules, so finding a good appointment time has been fairly simple with them. Second, I clench my teeth and thus have neck and upper back tension that is usually a bit more difficult to resolve. They did a fine job both times of loosening up those areas. Lastly, I like deep pressure deep tissue massage, but not so deep that you are fighting the massage therapist back. It is a fine line between effectiveness and resistance.
