The delivery drivers are always very nice they even bring the food all the way into your home and sit it down for you. If anything is ever missing, I've called back and explained what it was and they returned the next day with our items, without issue or attitude. The food is always fresh, packaged nicely, and arrives on time! They even make a courtesy call to let you know when they are on the way. Some prices are a little higher than the grocery store on some things, that's the only drawback - but the time it saves you is worth it on some things. Whatever is cheaper elsewhere - we just pick up at those stores as we need them. They have great premium meats, very clean, and their produce is beautiful as well!
