The service guy came out and did a walk around inspection and we walked inside. He had me sign some paperwork and told me they are running behind and the wait will be around 2-2.5 hours.\n\nHe said while I wait, I can wait in the lounge area or I can even go to the guest services to get a haircut, massage or a pedicure (that's a plus and it's even free!). I decided to just sit in the lounge area and relax. \n\n+There's wifi in the lounge area. It's a decent, large size lounge area that allows patrons to wait comfortably.\n\n+I bought a snacks from the cafe and I realized they have free bottled water, fruits and coffee. I like that so I realized I didn't have to buy a snack, I could have just ate fruits and drank water.\n\n+Bathrooms are nice\n\n+Lots of magazines on the table to keep us busy while we wait. \n\n+Wifi is decent. Lots of people bring their laptop and there's an area where you can sit down at a desk and work.\n\n+++ I was approached around 1.5 hours personally to tell me the service was done. I was surprised! I was expecting a 2 hour wait but I was content. \n\nWhen I walked out of the building, an attendant directed me where to go and I proceeded to my car.\n\nI would definitely be returning there if I need another service.
