I called 80 minutes later at 3:42 to follow up...put on hold a couple more times and was told wold be 30 minutes more. Called again at at 4:42 was put on hold another couple times and was told it wold be another 15 minutes. It is now 5:05....and they still aren't here. THEY LIE!!!!!\n\nThe funny thing...if there is something funny about this is that their hold messages says stuff like \"you can cont on us\"...\"we'll be there in no time at all\".....\"Integrity\"....\"customer service\"....all a bunch of HORSE CRAP!!!!!"^^ . .
