The service was extraordinary from the valet parking to the dinner. Perfect is not over stating how marvelous it was. We started with the Amuse Bouche. My husband had escargot prepared in a manner that we've never seen before & I had a lobster dish which was fantastic. I almost forgot the assortment of home baked breads served to us with a delicious extra virgin olive oil. Of course there was the palate cleansing sorbet which was to die for. He had the sirloin steak, perfectly prepared medium rare and I had scallops. Oh, the chocolate souffl\u00E9 followed by small chocolate truffles was incomparable. Of course when you get to your car there is Norwegian water, wild honey & muffins. After dining a this amazing restaurant, it is very difficult to have these dishes anywhere else because I don't think there is anywhere in Arizona that will compare to Kai. Prepare for a culinary experience unrivaled anywhere else in Arizona."^^ . .
