. "1"^^ . "This is an update of a previous review. \n\nAfter I posted my original review of my negative experience with Palm Beach Tan, I was contacted by the company. They were extremely apologetic and very anxious to do whatever possible to fix the situation. \n\nSince my spray tan didn't work last time, the district manager promised to come in and personally ensure that my experience went perfect. This experience, compared to my last, was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. \n\nBoth the district manager AND the store manager called and apologized. They went above and beyond to make me feel like they truly cared about my experience, and they both wanted to make it right. \n\nThe manager gave me a very thorough explanation of the spray tanning process using a Versa Spa, and I felt confident that I had enough information to ensure a flawless tan. It was nice to have someone personally familiar with the process walking me through the steps because he was able to provide additional tips and insight. \n\nThe tan turned out wonderful. I got a level 3, and I am very happy with the color. My only note to others is to leave it on as long as possible. I feel like the suggested four hours does not really give it enough time to develop. I got mine at 8:30pm last night, slept in it and I will rinse this afternoon. (I only washed my face this morning.) However, it is a beautiful color and not orange at all. \n\nI think this was an instance of a great company that simply made the mistake of placing a new employee at the front desk by herself without the proper training. \n\nI appreciate the excellent customer service and efforts ensure a great follow-up experience.
