I called at 9 am and the woman told me they don't do mobile auto repair anymore, just pick up and delivery. So, I asked if she could do that, she asked where I lived which is only about a mile from them, and said she could send somebody out between 2 and 3 that day. Well, they never showed up and nobody even called to tell me they weren't going to show up. Needless to say, I lost an entire day with no car because I was waiting for them. I wish they would have told me they couldn't handle changing a battery and I would have called somebody else."^^ . .
