"I Purchased my 2016 Lincoln MKS from here and I have regretted every sense. I cancel the maintains /GAP plan on July 9, 2017 and I'm so happy that I did, but still have not receive my refund back. Sandi has told me 3 difference date and I have been in there twice. It took them over 60 days just to get me my car registration and Mya act like I was wrong for calling about it.
