"I had a horrible experience here back in December 2014. I should have written the review right away because now I can't remember the Dentist's name that scammed me.\n\nI agree with some of the other reviews here - all they care about is money! I have two capped front teeth (crowns) that I have had for years. One chipped on a Saturday morning so I went to this Emergency Dentist instead of my actual Dentist. I thought about waiting until Monday but I had plans and a job interview over the weekend and didn't really want to look like a hick with a half a tooth.\n\nThe Dentist \"repaired\" the tooth and although he was VERY unfriendly to me, I was grateful at the time that it was fixed. I went to pay and was annoyed that it was almost $300! I asked him if it was temporary or if I needed to go to my actual Dentist to look at it or fix it. He said, no it will be fine, it is permanent. I wish this Dentist didn't lie to me because less than 24 hours later it fell off!! I wasn't even eating or doing anything, it just came off in my mouth! I called the Emergency Dentist (as it was Sunday and my Dentist was still not available) and they told me to come back to have it fixed again, at no charge. \n\nI don't live close by so it was a hassle for me to come back here again and it ended up being a waste of time. I waited a long time even though I had been in and waited for ages the day before. Once I was called in I found out the Dentist from Saturday who did the repair was not in. A different Dentist looked at it and told me he could not repair it, I would need the full cap/crown replaced by my Dentist. I asked... \"why did I spend $200 yesterday for a tooth that would less only a few hours?!\" I was told that the previous Dentist should not have repaired it, or at least should have warned me that it was a temporary fix and I would need to see my Dentist for a permanent fix. But all he wanted was my money!!! He knew it wouldn't last! WHAT A SCAM ARTIST! I wish the other Dentist (tall man) was working the first time, so I could have dealt with an honest person. Even though he wouldn't fix it for me, at least he didn't lie to me and take my money.\n\nI asked the reception for my money back from the first repair because I was lied to and it was ridiculous to pay over $200 for a repair that would only last a few hours. They told me I had to speak with the Dentist who did the repair. They gave me his office hours but it was near Christmas so I wasn't able to go in any time soon as I was going out of town. I was hoping to see if my insurance would cover it. Besides, the Dentist was extremely rude and I felt he wouldn't have been accommodating anyway.\n\nI went to my actual Dentist (Dr. Peter Copp who is absolutely amazing) and he REPAIRED the cap/crown for LESS money than this Emergency Dentist. The repair has lasted ever since (around 6 months now!!) and while it won't last forever, it will last until I can afford to get a new crown (which are very expensive and not covered by my insurance).\n\nUnfortunately, my insurance would only cover the cost of one of the repairs, so I still ended up out of pocket over $200, thanks to this awful place. I am a young woman and don't make a ton of money so it is very upsetting to be scammed out of $200. \n\nSave your money and time. DO NOT GO HERE! If possible, wait until you can go to your REAL Dentist who will do a legit job and not scam you. If I find or remember the name of the rude Dentist who scammed me, I will be posting it."^^ . . .
