This hotel is a block off the strip adjacent to the Hooters Hotel and down from the MGM Grand. It is like a one bedroom apartment complex. The rooms are basically a one bedroom apartment. They come with all the necessities like dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc. to cook and live inexpensively for the days that you are there. They have a facility for washing your clothes and a pool and spa which I did not use. They were in the process of renovating their lobby area so it was not very nice but understandable. A sidenote, they were handing out free water and ice creme bars for those waiting to check in which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and we had no problems. The only thing I would warn you is that this is a Wyndham property and they make a big push on trying to get you to go to an hour and a half sales seminar in order to purchase a timeshare in their properties. I have no problem with this except maybe the way they do it. After you check in at the desk they route you to a side desk to get parking pass in Vegas discounts but then kind of hard so you into going to this seminar. I can't complain as we went and we did not buy a timeshare but we did get a $125 American Express gift card which was good right away and which we used for dinner. Also there is no gambling or slots at this location. This was fine by me as I don't gamble but it is something maybe people should know if they are gamblers and want a place where they can go downstairs and gamble or go to a caf\u00E9 or dinner. All of these things are a short walk away at the big casinos. Another thing is that all the rooms are non-smoking which is good because I don't smoke but each room has a patio with chairs that you can go out on and do that. All in all, I would definitely stay here again."^^ . "0"^^ .
