I called to see how busy they were (since it was a Saturday afternoon) and the lady kindly said it wasn't at the time, but that can change anytime. Luckily I live nearby so I drove my truck over and the man who approached me told me where to park my car and I gave him my keys. Everything was a smooth and speedy process. After about 45 minutes the guy called us in the waiting area, where they had coffee (donuts and snacks were probably all gone from the morning) and Pirates of the Caribbean was on the HD. He told me the 2 things that they suggested I fix next, which they always do as inspections is usually part of the service. I liked how he wasn't insisting or pushy at all. What I liked even more was that they did a quick clean up and washed and vacuumed my truck! They also put air in my tires cause the tire pressure sensor was on.
