The person behind the counter said they were running a special on synthetic oil changes for $49.95. So, I returned for my appointment on a Wednesday at noon and my car was finished a bit after 1:00. I was unhappy that it took them over an hour for an oil change when I had an appointment. \nThe price for the oil change that was advertised to me for $49.95 suddenly jumped to $62.09. When I questioned the people behind the register they pointed out the wast oil disposal fee fro $3.50, shop supplies for $4.00, and of course tax. How is this not deceptive advertising and how are they getting away with this? \nThe store manager was apathetic when I explained to him the problem with the deceptive advertising. His response was that he didn't make the rules and he is only following what corporate set for the store.\nI certainly will not be returning until they practice fair advertising and work a lot quicker."^^ .
