I had accidentally dropped off a package here meant for USPS (I know, my fault). So I called and asked them if my package was still there. Chris and Berenice were working. I had spoken to Chris in the morning. She said \"sorry we do not have your package\". And at this point, I was super upset because they said they checked EVERYWHERE, for my package. \n\nSo I came in today asking if they could check my package in the store one more time. I asked politely, and she said, \"like I said on the phone, it is not here. But I will still go check.\" She went to look around, and she came out with MY PACKAGE. After I called twice on the phone and they said they could not find it. I took my package with me and left. \n\nI am really upset with FedEx and the employees in there. Especially Chris, she was so lazy and couldn't take an extra minute to look around. \n\nI don't understand how they couldn't find my package because on my box there was a notice stating how my package was for USPS, not FedEx. \n\nPlease avoid this location at all costs."^^ . .
