"First contact with this company was EXTREMELY NEGATIVE! \n\nWhen I called today to follow-up on appointment, I was surprised to hear that they could only get someone there 4pm to 7pm (when my home warranty company placed a service call at 7:15 this morning. I was a little ticked that I had wasted the entire morning only to find out I would get no service until that evening (hell, I could have gone to work!) \n\nThe young woman who answered the phone was RUDE. She had a horrible attitude and could care less that I might have been inconvenienced. Her response to my frustration was that if I wasn't happy, she could always just cancel my service call (she YELLED THIS AT ME!!). When I asked her if she was getting an attitude with me she responded that I yelled at her first!!! I don't yell at people!! I ask for and expect decent service, that's all. \n\nThat said., I called my warranty company and asked them to cancel and contact a more professional company. They immediately someone else. \n\nI can't speak to how well they'll service your AC, but I can't get beyond my treatment on the phone."^^ . "5"^^ . "0"^^ . .
