Found cigarette butts on the roof where he was painting the second story. Had to pay half up front before the job even started, and the dates kept getting pushed back. Cracked some roof tiles while walking on the roof to paint the second story and seemed to go in one direction while painting the stucco so in spots it is very noticeable, especially along the back wall where it appears to be rushed. Said he would come back and touch up when he collected the other half of payment, but never came back to touch up. Messages were never returned.
