"Zero stars.\n\nHad an issue with the girlfriends car.\nBattery that was barely a year old was failing so I took it here because apparently all the Fletcher's where it was originally purchased at were bought out by Firestone. \n\nSilly me to think that a warranty usually is taken care of company wide.\n\nTurned away with a \"we can't do anything you will have to take it back to the store you purchased it at (a previous Fletcher's now also a Firestone) and they will warranty it out for you.\"\n\nGreat.\n\nThe car is out front running because I know it won't start again, now I have to go from Tempe to BFE south Chandler in rush hour traffic in a car that I'm not completely sure will make it there.\n\nNo concern that I may not make it that far.\nNo offer to call the other store to make sure they will take care of it.\nNo call to someone who could make a corporate decision to actually help a customer.\nNo call to the battery supplier to see if they could get credit back on the battery so they could replace it at no cost to the store. \n(The battery supplier ended up doing just that a 100% credit to the store that did replace it)\nNo willingness to want to make a customer that lives just down the street.\n\nNothing.\n\nJust a feeling of hey that's not my problem take it somewhere else.\n\nCustomer service?\n\nMajor fail.\n\n\n(I don't like to rag on a shop but I've been in the auto service industry for 20+ years, starting as a tire buster/lube tech working my way up into sales then management, so I know a customer service fail when it happens)\n\nPS: This car needs two tires. My truck needs an oil change. My Saab needs struts, CV axles and a fuel filter.\n\n\nMaybe BSFS needs a secret shopper."^^ . . "2"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
