I had to wait 30 minutes for a manager for they're stupidity!! I wanted to buy 2 get 1 free like the sign says but instead I had to wait for approval... furthermore my cashier had the attitude and personality of a piece of wood.., she was incredibly rude and talked down to you.. AND the supervisor has the nerve to say \"I know the sign\" ... I love the books here but I've never had good customer service here EVER!!!
