"Awful awful awful customer service. If you like being unapologetically harassed after you've already made payment because their system \"doesn't update\" and their staff can't see payments made then this is the company for you. Their phone representatives lack any degree of professional customer service skills. Their default answer to everything when you call in is \"I can't help you\" and then finally after hours on the phone they'll tell you, that you need to submit a dispute in writing. When you do that, they send you a letter back saying they can't help you. That's pretty bad considering this issue was their mistake and they refused to acknowledge or fix it. Absolutely awful. They can't even process a due date change and the process for this on their website does not work.
