I would recommend an appointment, since the owner was there and his gal put me right on the treadmill, did a video analysis, and knew immediately why my knees were bothering me after she saw the shoe I was currently in.\n\nWe tried on about seven different types of shoes, and then settled on my brand. They give a ten day return policy; whether you've worn them or not. Knees have felt so much better since I bought my new shoes. \n\nOne and only place in town we will go for shoes in the future.
