When scheduling time with company for tech to come out I told them the issues and the brand of faucet I had only for a tech to come out 3 days later to call it into home warranty company and get replacement part approved. Only then To have the tech call me back to say the brand I have is limited lifetime warranty and I have to call manufacturer to get the replacement part then whenever that comes in the would then install it. The person here you scheduled appointments should have stated you have one of the two brands that the manufacturer covers parts for life and to call them to get a part I should have been charged and the appointment should not have been scheduled because they showed up for 5 minutes to not do anything. \n\nNot a good reputation to get because the moen and kholer brands they will not touch nor order parts for and they put the task back on the homeowner to get the parts that they need to do there job. \n\nThe techs hands where tied which is understandable as he should be put in the middle for bad Managment's decisions.
