During our twenty minute break, out of curiosity, I decided to browse around the appliance section just to get an idea of the layout of the department (I'll be at another store, but the layouts are all similar). \n\nI was met by Alice and she spoke with me for a bit, explained to me how the department functions and gave me a basic rundown on what I would be required to do as an appliance sales associate. She then explained to me, as if I was a customer, how I would go about ordering and shipping different appliances. \n\nShe is a very informed sales associate and a great person just in general.
