Jeffery has no idea what he's doing and he sucks with color. I asked for a root touch up which is simple however he somehow managed to mess it up. My hair is black brown, how I ended up with chocolate brown for my touch up is beyond me. Then I call and explain to them that it's not the right color they tell me that I can go with another stylish aka pay again. And because I washed it since I left they don't know if it's my \"water\" that caused the change?????? Wtf? What kind of excuse is that? Long story short just go somewhere else.
