"I was so excited about this newly opened location since it is so close to Ryerson, however I am very disappointed after making a visit there as I did not have a really good experience today. \n\nI came and waited in line but the cashier helped the other customers that came after me. This was okay since I understand sometimes they might not be aware when I came in. After taking my order, the cashier let me pay and turned away to make the drink for other customers. Once other customers got their drinks, I was a bit confused because they were not making any other drinks and just stood there chatting with each other. I was the only one customer left and they completely ignored me as they did not even make any eye contact or asked if I needed anything. So I asked her if anyone was making my drink and she said she \"forgot\" (?!!!). I wouldn't be very upset if the store was busy, however clearly it was not busy at all and I felt completely ignored when I just stood there waiting for nothing. So they started making my drink but took so long for it since they were still chatting with each other again.\n\nI love Coco for their drinks and fast service but this is totally the worst experience that I've ever had, especially it is the soft opening week of this location.
